Lee Brice had a hand in writing the song "Back Home" that is performed in the new ABC drama series Nashville, premiering Wednesday night at 10 ET. The song is now available for download at iTunes and the ABC Music Lounge at ABC.com, and new songs from each episode will be posted there each week.
